Loving, Energetic, and Experienced Nanny Needed for Two Young Children

Location:Haddonfield, NJ (Summers) and Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Winters) 

Schedule:Job will be part-time (weeknights and weekends) and live-out for the summer in NJ and transition to Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  in FL in October (with flexibility for occasional evenings, overnights, and travel)

Compensation: $30–$35/hr DOE + PTO | Private Bedroom & Bathroom in FL

NOTE: Family is now considering candidates who are living locally to Haddonfield, NJ, to live-out and this person will transition to Palm Beach Gardens, FL and live-in. This is not a relocation position.

Are you a warm, experienced nanny who loves creating magical moments for little ones while keeping their days running smoothly and safely? A loving family with a 2-year-old boy and a newborn baby girl (1 month old) is seeking a kind, patient, and creative full-time live-in Nanny to join their home and become part of the family. Newborn and infant experience is important.

This is a unique opportunity to care for two sweet children in beautiful seasonal locations—winters in sunny Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and summers in charming Haddonfield, NJ. You’ll start off as a part-time, live-out Nanny in NJ from June-Oct and then transition to a full-time, live-in Nanny when the family travels to Palm Beach for the winter. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom in FL, access to a family car, and the support of a team that includes a housekeeper, personal assistant and a private chef (in NJ) and loving, communicative parents.

You’re emotionally mature, highly organized, and respectful of family values and routines. You're also proactive, adaptable, and a great communicator—whether you're talking to a toddler at their level or communicating with clarity to a parent.

Your Role Includes (but is not limited to):

• Engaging in creative and developmentally appropriate play

• Light cooking/meal prep for the children (especially in FL)

• Light cleaning and children’s laundry

• School drop-off/pick-up (valid driver’s license required; car provided)

• Bottles and feeding (especially for infant)

• Nap time and bedtime routines

• Bath time and diapering

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and joyful environment

• Travel with family and occasional overnights when parents are away

• Monitoring and managing food allergies (peanut/sesame); EpiPen trained or willing to be trained

The family would ideally like to find the same candidate to handle the part-time care in NJ in the summer and then make the move with the family to a live-in, full-time role when they travel to Palm Beach, FL for the winter. Position Responsibilities

• Childcare: 02 Children, Ages 2 years (B) and 1 month (G)
• Housekeeping: Light Housekeeping Required
• Cooking: Children's Meals Only, Special Dietary Restrictions (Peanut and Sesame)
• Laundry: Children's Laundry Only, Baby Laundry Only,
• Driving: Required
• Travel: Domestic Travel Required

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: – NJ (June-Oct): Part-time, weeknights and weekends, as needed (hours TBD but family will guarantee a minimum each week), FL (Oct-June):Full-time, M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexibility to work weeknights, weekends and overnights, as needed and requested in advance).
• Languages: English – must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Experience: 05 Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Background check upon contingent offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Loving, warm, creative, firm but kind, organized, respectful, and fun.

Position Compensation

• Salary: $30-$35/hour, DOE, Negotiable for the right candidate
