Description of this role: With a Little Help is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Live-In & Overnight Caregivers- Woodinville, Bellevue, Kirkland, Seattle, North Seattle, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah. In this role, you will provide essential assistance and support to seniors in their own homes, helping them to thrive and maintain their independence. Current client shift locations: 1 client in Woodinville Start Date: As-soon-as possible Responsibilities:

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Prepare meals and provide nutritional support
• Assist with shopping and transportation
• Light housekeeping
• Drive clients to appointments and activities

Requirements: * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Care Aide with Nurse Delegation (HCA), or ability to obtain within 200 days of hire Preferred Qualifications:

• Caregiving experience (1 year)
• Experience with late-stage Parkinson's (highly preferred)
• Palliative care experience (highly preferred)
• Meal-Preparation (highly preferred)
• Heavy transfers (highly preferred)

* Preferred Skills & CEU Experience:

• Communicating with Clients who have Parkinson's/Dementia/Alzheimer's
• End of Life Care
• Food Allergies and Sensitivities
• Medication Assistance
• Any additional CEUs!

Pay Range: $20-22/hour for 8-10 hour Overnights; 24-Hour Live-Ins are paid a daily rate based on location & type of care (Varies on city location from $300+) Schedule & shift availability: This posting seeks caregivers with overnight and 24-hour Live-In availability at least 2-3 times a week. Short shifts & part-time are always available, we can provide full-time hours if caregivers can visit multiple clients. Benefits:
