You will be the onsite expert who educates, demonstrates and advises customers on high technology features, vehicle platforms, options packages and power train choices.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains new and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
  • Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
  • Keeps new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Drives vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
  • Assists with our stocking in process for vehicles.
  • Provide comprehensive product information throughout the sales process including vehicle configuration, product presentation, test drive and delivery.
  • Work closely with and support the client advisor.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service and explain benefits of driving a luxury Mercedes-Benz .
  • Sets display and storage of vehicles for New and Pre-owned vehicles.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Technology and the Mercedes-Benz brand
  • Experience in an upscale, retail or customer-centric environment preferred
  • Hospitality, technical customer support and/or consumer electronic experience is a plus
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and works well under pressure
  • Must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • A clean and valid driver's license required.

Compensation details: 19-21 Hourly Wage
