Position Summary: To support service operations and its customers in moving, delivery, and preparing trucks as directed to maintain an orderly flow of vehicles in and around the facility. Perform building Maintenance as needed, this may include, but not limited to shoveling, cleaning, equipment inspections and maintenance of equipment. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Provide an unparalleled level of quality and attention to detail when preparing and presenting vehicles to customers or potential customers
  • Assists the Service Department in maintaining, preparing, and delivering trucks for customers
  • Connect with customers in a timely, courteous, professional manner that reflects the brand, dealership and RFC values
  • May move, pick up, or deliver customer vehicles
  • Building Maintenance
  • Other duties to meet business requirements.
Education & Essential Qualifications:
  • Familiarity and practical experience working with basic commercial vehicle operations, safety, and maintenance protocol/procedures.
  • Valid CDL
