You will manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring engaging content and a disciplined posting schedule. If you're passionate about social media, quick with video editing, and have a knack for crafting content that captures attention, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the podcast’s social media presence across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Edit and post engaging video content quickly and efficiently.
• Brainstorm creative topics, hooks, and prompts for social media posts.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure ongoing engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that align with the podcast’s goals.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies to stay relevant.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing and growing a social media audience of at least 50,000 subscribers (this could be for a personal brand or a company).
• Proficiency in video editing and a deep understanding of what works on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Ability to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for content.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a disciplined and consistent posting schedule.
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
