Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Suffolk, VA

Shift Availability: Monday-Friday

• 2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10:30pm EST
• 3rd Shift: 10pm - 6:30am EST

Duration: Permanent Placement

Compensation: $32.53 to $42.47 (decided by client post interview)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Industrial manufacturing experience (both electrically and mechanically)
• Experience working with 480 3 phase systems
• Preventative maintenance experience on heavy duty equipment (troubleshooting, repairs, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Food manufacturing experience
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our large food manufacturing client at their facility in Suffolk, VA. This would be a permanent role with hours of 2 PM - 10:30 PM OR 10 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday-Friday .

In this role you would be responsible for the mechanical and electrical servicing of the processing equipment or packaging equipment across the facility. This position offers a fantastic benefits package, including 2 years paid tuition for all employees children and much more!

The pay range for this position is in tiers decided by the client post interview, ranging from $32.53 to $42.47.
