Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and making a positive impact on the environment? We are seeking a motivated Analytics Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our efforts in global reforestation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is ready to jump in and start making a difference immediately.

About Us

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to global reforestation. By planting trees, we're helping to create a healthier climate, protect biodiversity, and support efforts to restore forests worldwide. Our goal is to make it easy for individuals and businesses to give back to the environment.

Position Overview

As the Analytics Coordinator, you will play an essential role in measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of our campaigns and digital presence. You'll manage key performance metrics across a variety of digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, our website, and blog. You'll use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting, supporting the organization's digital performance optimization. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager and will collaborate closely with different teams to help drive data-based decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and report on performance metrics for digital campaigns, covering social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and blog content (SEO & SEM).
Monitor and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Shopify, and other tools.
Create dashboards and reporting templates to visualize data for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of results.
Support continuous optimization efforts by identifying trends and opportunities across digital channels.
Configure and manage event tracking, conversion goals, and key metrics for accurate data collection across all web platforms.
Track and assess the effectiveness of email campaigns, providing insights on engagement, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Monitor paid advertising performance, tracking key metrics like cost per click (CPC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and fundraising teams to provide data-driven insights that support their goals.
Assist senior leadership with special data analysis and reporting projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably with digital marketing.
A strong understanding of metrics and platforms across digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot), and advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Bing).
Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools like Google Data Studio.
Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights for diverse audiences.
Non-profit experience is a plus but not required.

What We Offer

Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $65,000, based on skills and experience.
Potential for annual performance increases (not guaranteed).
Flexible work environment.
Generous paid time off (PTO) plan.
Health and wellness plans (for U.S. staff).
Retirement plans with competitive employer contribution.
