What You'll Bring:

• Active EA License with at least 1 year of hands-on experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of the Tax Investigation and Tax Resolution process directly with the IRS
• Confidence managing a large client pipeline
• Knowledge of IRS Fresh Start Programs

What You'll Do:

• Contact the IRS to complete tax investigations and order account transcripts, wage, and income reports
• Communicate with the IRS via phone and fax
• Negotiate with the IRS to release wage or bank levies
• Analyze financial documents to select the best resolution path for clients
• Prepare, review, and file offers in Compromise, CNC, Partial Pay Installment Agreements, Fresh Start Program applications, Lien Releases, Lien Subordination, Audit Reconsideration, and other IRS programs

• Competitive salary: $70,000 to $90,000 per year
• Paid time off

Required Experience:

• Enrolled Agent: 1 year (minimum)
