Medical Technologist Opportunity

One of our clients in the area has engaged us to help them recruit a Medical Technologist to join their growing team of healthcare professionals. Our client is committed to delivering high-quality patient care by leveraging state-of-the-art technology and innovative laboratory practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, immunology, chemistry, and blood banking.
• Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide critical test results.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of laboratory tests and procedures.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
• Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent (preferred).
• State licensure (if required).
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting (new graduates are also welcome to apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
