Brief Description of this role: With a Little Help is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Seattle Caregivers- Seattle, North Seattle, and Magnolia neighborhoods. In this role, you will provide essential assistance and support to seniors in their own homes, helping them to thrive and maintain their independence. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on others' lives, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities:

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Prepare meals and provide nutritional support
• Assist with shopping and transportation
• Light housekeeping
• Drive clients to appointments and activities

Requirements: * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Care Aide (HCA), or ability to obtain within 200 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications: * Caregiving experience (1 year) * Preferred Skills & experience:

• Communicating with Clients who have Dementia
• End of Life Care
• Food Allergies and Sensitivities
• Medication Assistance
• Experience with IADLS/ADLS
• Any additional CEUs!
• (Preferred) Ability to drive clients and/or run client errands
• have a WA Driver's License
• have an insured vehicle

Pay Range: Base hourly rates are between $20-$22 depending on experience, The short shifts that are 2-7 hours long receive an additional $2-$5 hourly compensation, with the ability to earn up to $20-27/Hour. Benefits:
