What you'll do:

Meet with clients to understand their needs and financial goals.
Analyze loan applications and determine eligibility.
Guide clients through various loan options and recommend the best fit.
Prepare loan documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
Work closely with lenders to ensure smooth loan processing and on-time closings.
What you'll bring:

Strong understanding of mortgage lending and underwriting processes.
Experience in loan origination is a plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for helping others and achieving results.
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
The ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
Must have or be eligible for a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
