We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Mortgage Account Manager to join a dynamic home equity and mortgage team! Responsibilities:
Develop and implement client service strategies to generate new business and meet sales targets for home equity and mortgage products.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
Conduct client consultations to assess financial needs and recommend suitable home equity and mortgage solutions.
Present loan options clearly, explain terms and conditions, and guide clients through the application process.
Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth and timely loan approval process.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Must clear a background check.
High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance within the mortgage industry.
Compensation: $24/hr - $25/hr plus uncapped commissions!
Hours: Fully in-person from Tuesday to Saturday, 11 am to 8:30 pm (Saturday is remote).
