Duties and Responsibilities :

• Visting new construction jobsites daily to confirm dry-ins or shingle installs are completed on the correct date. Jobs will need to be closed out in Skedulo. Refer to the new construction super SOP. 
• QC checking the installations, ensure dry ins and shingle installs meet Proformance Standards and builder expectations. Refer to the new construction super SOP for QC photo requirements.
• Following your assigned route in Skedulo per the new construction super SOP. 
• Returning any excess material back to the warehouse from the installations.
• Open lines of communication, contact the builders in your community daily. 
• Relay appropriate information back to routing and scheduling as necessary to ensure timelines of service 
• Collaborating with the corporate purchasing team, estimating team, and your branch General Management to ensure smooth operations in your communities.
• Drive throughs of the communities for job site cleanliness, crew safety, and general visibility. 

• When driving through be sure to make at least one in person visit with a builder to ensure they know you were or are on site. 

• Be proactive; ask for schedules in advance or check sites for job readiness and confirm installations with the builder. 
• Solicit feedback; ask the builder if they are happy or if there is anything we can do better to service them. 
• Leave our job sites cleaner than when you arrived 
• Thank them for the business, show appreciation.
• Check in with your branch management (2) times per day, once in the morning and once at the end of the day prior to leaving. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay:

$70,000-$85,000
