The Sleep Inn & Suites in Lancaster, WI is currently accepting applications for an Overnight Front Desk Agent. Ideal candidates can work between the hours of 9pm and 7am and have previous 3rd shift work/schedule experience. This position can be either full-time or part-time opportunity for the right candidate. We are seeking an individual with a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making to be an Overnight Front Desk Agent, responsibilities include checking guests in, handling inquires about the property and reservations, reconciles all accounts and end of business day tasks. Responsibilities:

• Reconciles all accounts, balance cash drawers, make necessary corrections as needed
• Accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally.
• Acts as the information liaison for the property and guests using all communication avenues.
• Complete night bucket check against PMS system to ensure that all guest information is accurate, matching the registration card against their reservation.
• Process and collect payments, accurately adhering to all cashier procedures.
• Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Key Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Successful history as a front desk agent/night auditor or related customer service experience.
• Advanced math skills, general understanding of accounting procedures.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Task-driven individual who is able to focus on the guest, ensuring complete satisfaction with each transaction/interaction.
• Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude.
