Tempus Unlimited, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides community-based services to empower children and adults with disabilities to live as independently as possible in the least restrictive environment. The Trainer will work in a non-profit corporate matrix environment with SMEs to identify and address training needs across Agency. Understanding of Adult Learning Theory, instructional design best practices, experience with LMS and e-learning development tools are necessary.
