Rite Med Group is collaborating with a group of Assisted Living Facilities located between Spencerport and Canandaigua , NY to hire a Nurse Practitioner.
The overall goal is to work hand in hand with the facility to improve the quality of care, increase patient satisfaction, and reduce hospitalization rates.
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for a continuum of quality patient care, and rehabilitation to their patients. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary, which is dependent upon experience. The successful Nurse Practitioner will have experience working with geriatric populations and some experience in Skilled Nursing Homes.
