Job Description
- Responsible for overseas sales of products and expanding the South American market.
- Handle various sales tasks, including business negotiations, coordinating with the technical department for initial technical discussions and testing, contract signing, contract execution, customer relationship maintenance, and after-sales service.
- Develop and follow a payment collection plan.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain good relationships with all departments and stay updated on the latest product information and industry trends.
