Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to our clients in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. Duties * Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. * Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. * Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties. * Assist with mobility and lifting as needed to ensure client safety and comfort. * Engage clients in social activities and recreational programs to promote mental stimulation. * Ensure the safety of clients. Qualifications * Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home community care or assisted living is preferred. * Familiarity with memory care techniques. * Ability to lift clients safely and assist them with mobility challenges. * Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans is beneficial. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility challenges. * Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy towards clients. * Ability to cook nutritious meals that cater to individual dietary needs. * Certification in CPR or First Aid is essential but not required to apply. * Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. * Must be flexible with any shift time. * Must be physically capable and able to lift 30 lbs.
