Position Overview:
Nashville Diaper Connection is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilling orders, delivering diapers to our partners in a timely manner, interacting with partners in a courteous and professional way, maintaining vehicle and warehouse cleanliness and assisting with light office and data entry tasks. Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment & Delivery: Ensure that orders are accurately picked, loaded onto vans, and delivered to partners, including childcare centers, social service agencies, and other community organizations.
• Professional Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with partners, ensuring that deliveries are made smoothly and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely and respectful manner.
• Data Entry & Office Support: Assist with basic office and data entry tasks, including updating delivery logs, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate records of orders and deliveries.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is maintained, clean, and in good working condition. Report any issues or required maintenance promptly.
• Customer Service: Serve as a representative of Nashville Diaper Connection, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries from partners or recipients of deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and using delivery tracking systems.
• Must be able to lift and carry packages (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
• Must be able to perform manual repetitive labor.
• Must be dependable and have a flexible, positive attitude.

Benefits

$19 per hour with room for increases based on job performance.
