Are you currently a Leasing Professional, looking for a company that offers growth? If so, Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is looking for our next Part-Time Portfolio   Leasing Professional to join our AMAZING team of Hudson Grovers at Delo Apartments, in Louisville, CO! This position supports the creation of sincere and genuine connections while helping our Denver Area communities! Leasing on Saturdays is required, however, we can offer some flexibility during the regular week.

Your day-to-day will include…

Building genuine and authentic connections with our residents while they live in our communities, maintaining a positive, professional relationship with them from the first tour to move-out. You can instantly build rapport and make a difference in someone’s life in just one interaction. Acting as the first line of response to our residents, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution to fit their housing needs. Additionally, you will work with the Property Manager to resolve resident concerns, assist in preparing marketing reports, and maintain resident files. While working as our Leasing Agent, you will increase your effective listening skills, multitask, manage numerous relationships, and continue to develop your leadership skills: providing feedback, giving recognition, and asking thoughtful questions.

We’re excited about you because…

You bring at least 3 months of leasing, customer service, or sales experience. Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.  You have above-average organization and verbal skills, with an excellent attendance record. Using your knowledge of local, state, and federal housing laws, you know how to respond to current and prospective residents, offer sound solutions to their questions and/or concerns, and always follow up to be sure the end result meets your own high expectations.

Specifically, our next Part-Time Leasing Agent  will:

• Fill in as needed at Delo Apartments, a 130-unit property in Louisville, CO.
• Demonstrate initiative and problem resolution with a customer service focus
• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who visit the community
• Walks show units to verify they are ready for tours.
• Utilizes self-tour and video tour options, and updates leasing advertising websites as needed
• Responsible for reporting market survey reports as needed.
• Must be aware and engaged in the "Curb Appeal" of the property they are helping to support
• Actively continue education through our learning software
• Accepts and completes required application information from prospective residents.
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required.
• Has the willingness to perform varied tasks with a sense of urgency. Able to prioritize tasks, presenting simple solutions to solve complex problems.
• Is able to engage in confident and professional communication with peers, management, team, and residents/guests
• Experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar) is a plus!
• Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire.
