Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Morristown, NJ 07960

Start Date: December 22, 2025

Duration: 13+ weeks (possible extension based on performance)

Schedule: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 7 days on / 7 days off

Shift Pattern: Week begins mid-week (Wednesday or Thursday)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Pharmacist to support our hospital pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience in a hospital or infusion/oncology setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely dispensing of medications in accordance with established policies and regulations.
• Review, interpret, and verify medication orders for appropriateness.
• Prepare and compound sterile and non-sterile products as required.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care plans.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance, medication safety, and inventory management activities.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to healthcare staff as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Previous oncology or infusion center experience strongly preferred.

Education & Licensure:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active NJ Pharmacist license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy.

Compensation:

• Local Candidates: $70 – $72 per hour
• Travelers (50+ miles radius): $77 – $78 per hour
