Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Location: St. Petersburg, FL (Remote after 90 days onsite training)

Responsibilities:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, your passion for patient care and dedication to customer service will make you the essential link between patients, physicians, and our pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with assigned pharmacy patients by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting their healthcare needs and goals.
  • Communicating effectively in person and over the phone with patients, doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and staff.
  • Accurately utilizing our pharmacy software to document patient notes, verify insurance, and maintain healthcare records for your assigned patients.
  • Thriving in a collaborative, family-like atmosphere where your contributions are valued and recognized.
  • Demonstrating our genuine care for both patients and employees.

Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Georgia.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to transcribe information accurately.
  • Preferred: 2 years of relevant work experience in a pharmacy
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
