Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility based in Hamlet NC 28345

. This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: Hamlet NC 28345

Schedule: M-TH 7:30a-6p

This job is split between 2 accounts per day, Hamlet, NC and Rockingham, NC

Pay Range: $18-21.30(Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume

Duties-:

• Represents the company to patients, building trust and explaining procedures clearly.
• Draws and processes blood samples accurately and safely, following established procedures.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and ensures accurate documentation.
• Performs forensic and clinical specimen collection confidently and skillfully.
• Collaborates with the supervisor to complete daily tasks efficiently and on time.
• Promotes a safe, professional environment and a positive image to patients and the public.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• *Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.*

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
