REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• 9-10 years experience writing high quality and maintainable PHP with MVC Framework Experience. Yii and/or Symfony is a major plus
• 5-7 years experience JavaScript (ES6+) with Proven understanding of Angular, React, or other leading JS front end technology… along with significant background in Bootstrap CSS, JQuery.
• 2-3 years experience running, configuring Apache server.
• Understanding of testing practices, experience with test-driven development frameworks for application and infrastructure code, Experience in integrating unit tests and smoke test with code quality analysis tools like JUnit, PHPUnit, Cypress and Selenium.
• 5+ years Strong RDBMS experience – MSSQL preferred
• Strong understanding of OOP fundamentals (Composition vs. Inheritance, SOLID principles, Design Patterns)
• 1-2 years of experience building/delivering using Python
• 1-2 years AI Fundamentals and application. Knowledge of and use of PySpark, SLM and LLM
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with logging and reporting solutions such as: Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana (ELK), Grafana, or Splunk
• Experience in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and associate tooling (Azure DevOps, AWS Code deploy)
• Scripting proficiency (Java, Ruby, C/C++, Node.JS, Go, Python, Perl, bash, etc.)
• API design & development
• Microservices
• Building CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
