We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis, working on a case-by-case arrangement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly, evaluating and treating patients based on individual appointments or contracts. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and possesses excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for ongoing rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience in outpatient or clinical settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize patient care effectively.
