KAISER PERMANENTE

Remote FNP/PA: Weight Loss/Family Medicine

• Credentialing is about 60-90 days
• This position is virtual; however, the first 1-2 weeks will be required onsite for training and orientation. You will also be able to pick up your laptop, if needed. Travel will be provided for this training but highly prefer providers close to a call center. Must be within an hour and a half of a call center to work virtually from home. Will consider candidates that want to work in call center full time vs. at home as well. Call Center locations – Fontana, Downey, Kern County, San Diego, Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, and Orange CountyMonday-Friday, 8-5p. 40 hours per week. Flexibility with hours is a plus including occasional weekend needs (likely rare, but please specify if you’re available on weekends)
• EMR: Health Connect (Epic) Will provide training but experience is preferred
• Types of cases/patients: Will see weight loss patients- specifically Ozempic patients. Prefer weight loss/Ozempic experience; however, will provide some training. Also need to be Family NP or PA since will also see any overflow for the winter flu & cold surge for all ages.
• Requirements: California license, board certification.
