The Industrial Business Unit within L&T Semiconductor Technologies works with leading customers across the globe to address their needs with our broad portfolio of products. Our Smart Power, Sensors, and Compute products help bridge the physical and digital worlds addressing a wide range of Industrial Applications.

Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Product Systems Engineer with expertise in Analog Power ICs to lead the development and execution of product strategy, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product definition, product management, product development, and leadership in the semiconductor industry, specifically in Industrial applications.

Areas Of Responsibility:

1. Develop and execute product strategy, development, and delivery plans for the Power IC product lines.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure the product roadmap meets market needs and new products are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Work with customers / sales to understand their needs and drive product innovation and differentiation.
4. Develop product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates product value proposition and unique features to the market.
5. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing support, including product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and product release schedules.
6. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the product roadmap, market and technology trends, and competitive landscape.
7. Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and reliability, and that the products meet industry standards and regulations.

Experience and Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2. 10-15 years of experience in IC product definition, management, and development.

Technical And Behavioural Skills:

1. Strong knowledge and experience in Analog Power ICs (Switches, Gate Drivers, Voltage Regulators, Motor Drivers, PMICs, etc.).
2. Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and team members.
5. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to the semiconductor industry
