Job Description

Job Summary

The Production Associate supports manufacturing and production operations by performing a variety of tasks to ensure efficient workflow, product quality, and on-time production. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

*Shift is M-F starting at 6am-2:30pm. Mandatory overtime on weeknights could be up to 6:30pm. Saturdays are mandatory up to 8 hours, and Sundays are voluntary. *

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assemble, inspect, label, and package products according to specifications
  • Monitor product quality and report defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Load and unload materials and finished products
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
  • Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
  • Assist with changeovers, setup, and basic equipment adjustments as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Willingness to work overtime or varying shifts as required

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Basic math and communication skills

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs, with or without accommodation

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing or warehouse setting
  • Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and temperature variations
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
