REGIONAL TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

The Opportunity: As our Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will recruit highly effective educators across an assigned region while developing critical relationships necessary to attract & maintain a robust candidate pool. You will also manage the full recruitment lifecycle while working to ensure candidates and business partners receive an exceptional experience from application through onboarding.

LOCATION : This hybrid role provides a blend of remote work and creative, strategic sourcing support, which requires time in the field at school sites and community events. We are only considering candidates living in or within 45-mile proximity to Charleston, WV. 

Experience and Education Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing
• A demonstrated ability to meet rigorous goals while maintaining the highest level of quality
• The ability to work an occasional extended schedule (nights and weekends)

AND ARE YOU:

• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Able to work from a home office with the necessary equipment
• Able to travel to support various events; some out-of-state travel may be required
