As a Remote Administrative/Office Assistant at EcoWay Voyagers, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of our administrative operations.   4. Calendar Management: Coordinating schedules, scheduling meetings, and managing appointments for team members, using calendar software and ensuring that all conflicts are resolved promptly.
  5. Travel Coordination: Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for team members and clients, while adhering to budgetary constraints and sustainability criteria.
