We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sports Events Specialist to join our team. As a Sports Events Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing sports-related events and activities remotely. Your passion for sports and strong event management skills will be crucial in delivering memorable experiences for participants and spectators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute sports events, including but not limited to tournaments, races, and competitions. Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives.

• Identify and secure appropriate venues, vendors, and partners. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.

• Develop and manage detailed event schedules and logistics. Coordinate participant registration, transportation, accommodations, and other operational requirements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase event participation and attendance.

• Monitor and coordinate event activities remotely, resolving any issues that may arise during the event.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event management, especially in sports events, is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of sports event planning and logistics.
• Proficiency with event management software and tools is a plus.
• Passion for sports and the ability to create memorable sporting experiences.
