Job Description
Must have a flexible schedule. We rotate 2 different shifts along with weekends.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Determine customer’s rental needs.
- Answer phone from potential customers.
- Maintain all vehicles are properly parked and locked on premises.
- Answer telephones and book reservations when customers inquire about rental vehicles.
- Correspond with internal departments in order to confirm their rental needs are satisfied.
- Close out rental agreements and accept funds when customers return.
- Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, gas and maintenance then complete proper due bills if needed.
- Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; record amount received.
QUALIFCATIONS
- Experience is recommended but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, & customer care skills.
- Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, & the ability to safely operate vehicles.
