Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Reporting Coordinator to join our growing team. The Reporting Coordinator will serve as a vital link between our internal teams and business partners, ensuring seamless communication, efficient management of reporting requests, and smooth coordination of projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Essential Functions:
• Primary Point of Contact:
o Act as the main liaison between the reporting team and internal business partners.
o Manage communications regarding report updates, system issues, and follow-up actions.
o Provide timely responses to inquiries and requests, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Request Intake and Management:
o Oversee the intake process for new reporting requests, ensuring that all required information is provided to begin work effectively.
o Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other departments to gather necessary details and clarify requirements.
o Track the status of ongoing requests, following up as needed to ensure timely completion.
o Regularly send out updates to each department, summarizing completed requests, outstanding tasks, and any potential delays or issues.
• Report Distribution Management:
o Maintain and update the distribution lists for all reports, ensuring that the right individuals and teams receive the information they need.
o Coordinate with IT and other relevant departments to address any issues with report delivery or access.
• Project Coordination:
o Facilitate the planning and execution of reporting projects, working closely with project managers and team leads.
o Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are invited and that agendas are clear.
o Develop and monitor detailed project plans, including timelines, action items, and dependencies.
o Utilize JIRA (or other project management tools) to track project progress, document key decisions, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
o Act as a central point of communication for project updates, ensuring that all team members are informed of any changes or developments.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Salary Range: $57,241 to $69,950
