About the Role:

The full-time Restaurant & Bar Manager position is based on-site in Cape May, NJ , requiring a year-round commitment. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations while driving excellence in service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bar ordering, inventory control, and cost efficiency.
• Lead menu updates and collaborate with the culinary team to ensure innovative offerings.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
• Monitor and control costs without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager with a focus on fine dining.
• Strong wine knowledge
• Strong knowledge of beverage trends and preparation techniques.
• Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and operational functionality.
• Adaptability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
