Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Communities.
- Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to verify system functionality and performance.
- Identify and document defects, issues, and risks clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test cases align with business needs.
- Participate in designing and reviewing user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features and enhancements do not impact existing functionality.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce applications and related technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in Salesforce testing.
- Customer onboarding Coordinating with new customers and getting their data loaded. (manually or using a data loader)
- Customer support tracking and responses Responding and tracking all issues reported by existing customers
- Creating reports which help with the billing/invoicing
- Creating customer success reports
- New team member onboarding and training.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce QA
- Proven experience in Manual testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills
Healthcare domain is an added advantage.
