Job Description
Only Salescloud in the environment, a few integration plug ins with Zuora (quoting /cpq process) and dial pad for calling.
Integrated using salesforce connectors or middle ware? Only salesforce
What tasks?
Zuora moves from salesforce to Zuora then back to salesforce.
Ideally taking this data and sending it on to the platform to actually deliver the goods. This platform is manual now and they want to automate this process to be automatic.
Build an API client that performs some similar function.
It's data triggered, salesforce will need to detect change/ custom client to make calls into the platform to make that happen.
Data triggered action with a web hook up call (more
