Salesforce CRM Consultant ( W2 Position)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Experience Level: 9+ Years

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related business field.

A minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Consultant.

Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Community Cloud, with a deep understanding of standard and custom object models.

Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including the development of complex Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.

Demonstrated ability to lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and design scalable, effective Salesforce solutions.

Strong proficiency in data management and migration using tools such as Data Loader.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of successfully interacting with business stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required.

Additional certifications such as Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder are highly preferred.
