Job Description

The East Grand Forks School District is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a School Bus Driver in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. As a bus driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school and other activities. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record and a desire to help their local community. There is no experience required - we will train you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a school bus following a set route and schedule
• Ensure the safety of all passengers on board
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
• Maintain order and discipline among passengers
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a split shift
