About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant with over 10 years of accounting experience and a CPA license to play a vital role in overseeing financial operations. This position is perfect for someone passionate about accounting and eager to contribute strategically to the success of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing accurate financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts, compiling necessary data and documentation
Prepare financial status and transaction reports, including profit and loss statements
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to standard requirements
Reconcile accounts monthly for accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
Conduct analyses of specific General Ledger accounts, budget-to-actual reports, or reforecast reports
Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Collaborate with AR, AP, and other departments to resolve issues
Assist with preparing financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including consolidations
Preferred Qualifications
CPA license required
At least 10 years of accounting experience, with a background in senior or management roles preferred
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Strong leadership and communication skills
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
