Senior Change Management & Training Manager- Generative AI Pharma (Remote, US)

We are seeking a Senior Change Management & Training Manager for a global pharmaceutical company. The focus of the role is on a cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management and all aspects of training. Specific and demonstratable experience in conducting training needs analysis, creating comprehensive training materials, and independently facilitating training sessions.

This is a 40-hour per-week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), 100% remote role. Prefer candidates on EST or CST.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements for each LLM workstream.
• Independently develop effective training materials for system rollout, including presentations, manuals, and other resources tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.
• Confident facilitation of live LLM-based tool training, demonstrations, and break-out sessions, ensuring that participants understand and can apply the concepts related to LLM and Generative AI tools.
• Break down complex technical concepts into clear, digestible content suitable for non-technical stakeholders
• Provide hands-on training and support for prompt design, ensuring users can effectively interact with and utilize Generative AI tools.
• Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI and LLM technologies to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Change Manager on complex IT projects
• Demonstrated experience in conducting training needs analysis and creating comprehensive training materials.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to independently lead training sessions for diverse audiences.
• To simplify and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in training for prompt design and familiarity with Generative AI tools is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and other training technologies.
• Certification in PROSCI or equivalent Change Management methodology (Preferred)
• Certification in training, instructional design, or a related field (Preferred)
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies (Preferred)

Compensation: $72/h- $91.14/h
