Do you possess seasoned skills in composite materials and crave to be part of a dynamic team? We are eagerly searching for a Senior Composite Fabrication Specialist who can expertly manage hand lay-up techniques, master vacuum bagging protocols, and finesse hand-finishing tasks.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct manual lay-up of composites ( both Wet & Prepreg varieties)
• Manage and execute vacuum bagging processes
• Understand and utilize various resin systems like Epoxy, Polyester, Vinyl ester, and Silicones
• Refine and perfect patterns and molds through hand finishing
• Employ diverse hand tools for tasks such as cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling
• Devise and apply adhesive bonding techniques
• Participate in structure assembly through set-up, bonding, and fastener applications
• Implement self-assessments for quality assurance

Key Qualities for Success

• Over 3 years in handling composite materials such as Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, and Fiberglass
• Experience within bustling manufacturing settings
• Educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalency
• Capability to read, analyze, and enhance standard operating procedures
• Proficient in using measurement tools including Calipers, Micrometers, and Indicators
• Impress with adept fabrication skills
• Skilled in employing hand tools for cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly tasks
• Background in adhesive bonding techniques and structure assembly
• Keen eye for precision and meticulousness, especially with narrow tolerances
