Our client, a leader in the auto repair industry, is seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join their growing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business partners across marketing, digital, strategy, pricing, and analytics, playing a key role in shaping data-driven decisions that fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and business case evaluation.
Analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Support evaluation of strategic initiatives including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and customer acquisition programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, synthesize, and interpret large datasets, uncovering opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Build and enhance dashboards and visualizations to drive real-time decision-making.
Prepare executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams, ideally within marketing, digital, or pricing analytics.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000, plus bonus. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
