What you will do: Responsibilities: The specific duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects.
- Single-point of contact providing program management support to oversee Sub-Contract Team supporting the Prime Contract Team and effort.
- Establish project management with Cyber-Security Division.
- Build repeatable processes leveraging standardized JSP processes and tools.
- Supports and oversees overall support to the PHISH program, which is to perform cyber defensive actions in support of JSP and its customers including, but not limited to: Army, OSD, Joint Staff, Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA)
- Ensures accomplishments of the PHISH program, JSP performs a wide variety of cybersecurity services and functions required to assure the operational, physical, and information security posture for DoD Services.
- Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
- Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for a government site, facility or multiple locations. Prepares long and shortrange plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources. Oversees all aspects of projects.
- Single-point of contact providing program management support to oversee Sub-Contract Team supporting the Prime Contract PM and level of effort.
- Manage project artifacts using tools such as MS SharePoint and MS Project.
- Oversees larger project included ACAS, Tanium, Splunk Refresh, Firemon Firewall tools
- Support PMO team supporting separate smaller initiatives, including ATO certification, HBSS implementation, and ACAS upgrades.
- Responsible for ensuring the Contract Team’s management and security of both the Management and Black Networks.
- Support and provide input to the Monthly In-Progress Review (IPR).
- Support and aid as needed to the Project Stakeholder Review.
- Support and aid Executive Briefings and in-Progress Reviews.
- Validate and ensure quality assurance to all work products such as correspondence, memorandums, reports, policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, baselines, analysis results, technical reports, presentations, and all security related documentation for technical and grammatical correctness and adherence to approved writing styles and formatting guidelines.
- Support and provide updates to personnel contact lists and staffing schedules.
- Support and provide input to the Concept of Operations and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Support and provide input to the Integrated Master Scheduled (IMS).
- Support and provide input to the continuous people, process, and technology improvements.
- Responsible for onboarding, offboarding, training and validation of internal processes.
- Collaborate and coordinate within the central point of contact repository.
- Support and provide assistance to the contractor (Leidos) Program Management Office (PMO) as needed.
- Support and assist with the Cyber Security Center Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) Portal.
- Support and assist with weekly stability and resiliency updates.
- Support and assist PHISH Task Order deliverables.
- Coordinates and presents project status reviews to senior leadership regularly.

Desired Skills and Experience: - Understanding of core current cybersecurity technologies as well as emerging capabilities.
- Expertise in identifying areas of improvement, critical dependencies, and process changes that enable the government to attain integrated outcomes that are effective, sustainable, and customer satisfaction.
- PMP Certification
- ITIL knowledge and certification
Required Skills and Experience: - Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI.
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional experience; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of incident handling procedures. Service Now

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- MS Project/Visio experience
- Project management experience managing multiple projects in parallel
