Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Stamford, CT -ONLY LOCALS ( 3 days work from office)

There will be an in-person interview at Stamford, CT for the final round of interview.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, Flows, and other declarative features.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
2. Experience in leading development teams and mentoring other developers.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
4. Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities
5. Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling
6. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques
7. Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns in Salesforce
8. Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes
9. Hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL and SOSL
10. Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
11. Mastery of Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
12. Expertise in version control systems (i.e. Git)
13. Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and/or other third-party DevOps tools and continuous integration.
14. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
15. Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
16. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
17. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) are required and Platform II certification and JavaScript developer certifications are preferred.
18. Results-oriented and self-motivated
19. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM Analytics or other analytics platforms integrated with Salesforce
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and front-end development
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies
• Experience working in large, multifaceted, and matrixed organizations.
• Experience within the media entertainment industry
• Collaborative team player accustomed to working within and across groups.
• Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage time effectively.
