The Role

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead a full visual and experience of our website and mobile app.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to disappear into endless A/B tests. We’re guided by taste, craft, and first-principles thinking . We value people who are conscientious (detail-oriented, structured, reliable), but also open (curious, creative, willing to explore bold ideas).

You’ll work closely with a small team of A-players who move fast, sweat the details, and care deeply about creating a product that inspires learners worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Lead a full UX/UI redesign of our website and mobile app.
• Define and evolve a design system that feels cohesive, modern, and scalable.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure your designs ship with fidelity.
• Bring fresh ideas to elevate the overall brand and student experience.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (startup or consumer product experience is a big plus).
• A strong portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, and user-centered design.
• Mastery of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Experience designing for both web and mobile apps .
• A strong sense of aesthetics and craft —you trust your instincts and design judgment.
