About The Role:
This is a full-time, remote work opportunity. Our specialists typically work a set 9-5 local timezone but have the option for a more flexible schedule.
We are looking for a seasoned SEO specialist to work on our discovery and onboarding team. As part of this team your responsibilities will include supporting both campaign discovery and proposals, along with onboarding and setting up campaign plans for new SEO campaigns - including keyword research, website mapping, content plans, and anchor text plans, along with assessing technical SEO performance and priorities.
You report to the manager of Campaign Discovery & Onboarding and will work alongside other specialists to achieve your goals and setup campaigns for success.

Most of our documents and offerings are template-based and well-documented, so you should be able to quickly learn our process and approach to campaign onboarding. That being said, we are always looking for innovators and people who aren't afraid to voice their concerns or recommendations to improve our processes.

What To Expect:
The first couple weeks at SEO Brothers you will likely spend going through company training, meeting new team members, and understanding our partners, business model, and how we operate. We work collaboratively with tools such as Slack and ClickUp.
The Discovery and Onboarding team is a fast-moving team with excellent collaborators and team players. You will be quickly introduced to the smaller supporting outcomes of the discovery and onboarding processes and trained and supported as you learn to tackle full end-to-end proposals and onboards.
After the first 2 - 3 months, you should feel comfortable with your daily, weekly, and monthly outcomes and expectations.

We focus on helping other agencies grow their organic search services and offer a variety of solutions to agency owners and organizations.

Hours will be 35 hours per week with schedule flexibility. We are looking for a mostly daytime (within the window of 7:30-5:00) schedule. Working within the North American time zone is not required, although it may be differently compensated if it is an option. There may be infrequent after-hours meetings but this is no the norm.
