A fast-growing solar contractor in Phoenix is hiring an experienced Solar Installer to join their field team. This is a full-time position with consistent work on both residential and small commercial systems.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with rooftop or ground-mount installs and are comfortable working outdoors in a team environment. You’ll be working on solar arrays, racking systems, and inverters — so a strong mechanical background is essential.

Install photovoltaic (PV) systems including racking, panels, and inverters
Follow installation plans and layouts according to site specifications
Maintain a safe worksite and comply with all OSHA and company standards
Communicate with crew leads and electricians to ensure smooth project execution
Perform cleanup and system testing as required
1–2+ years of experience installing solar systems (residential or commercial)
Familiarity with hand and power tools, roof work, and basic electrical connections
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and handle Arizona weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
NABCEP certification is a plus but not required
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Full-time, Monday–Friday with optional weekend work
