What you'll do:
Conduct interviews with Spanish-speaking workers to gather information about labor practices.
Research and analyze complex legal and trade issues.
Draft reports and summaries to clearly communicate findings.
Translate documents between English and Spanish.
Maintain accurate records and case files.
Collaborate with a team of experts to achieve shared goals.
What you'll bring:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, economics, labor relations, etc.)
3+ years of experience in a legal, business, policy, or research environment.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
