D uties that intrigue you include:

• Designing and coordinat ing new , upgraded or relocated overhead and underground electric utility lines
• Investigat ing voltage issues, capacity concerns, distributed energy and service upgrades for Tipmont members
• Managing your own schedule as you guide and coordinate with internal and external crews, teams, contractors, members and builders to accomplish goals
• Creat ing construction documents
• Obtaining permits, easements and construction agreements
• Overseeing project progress to ensure schedules and budgets are met
• Communicating with members, construction crews and the public throughout projects
• Determin ing pole attachment requirements
• Represent ing the utility in communities we serve
• Serving on a team to address after-hours outages

Required Skills:

• Associate or t echnical d egree in a related field
• Staking school or staking experience strongly preferred
• Proficient writing and verbal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• V alid driver 's license
