Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Strategy Development:

    • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the startup ecosystem.

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with company goals.

  2. Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:

    • Utilize a variety of channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

    • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

  3. Recruitment Process Management:

    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  4. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.

    • Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and talent acquisition best practices.

  5. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and team dynamics.

    • Facilitate communication between candidates and the hiring team to ensure a smooth process.

  6. Metrics and Reporting:

    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on startups or high-growth environments.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

  • Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a range of roles, from entry-level to executive positions.

  • Networking: Strong professional network and ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to drive decisions and improve processes.

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
